PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The hood co-acts with convection ovens with Kromet PK-4, PK-6, PK-10 evaporation. (Performance of the hood for another type of combi steamers requires separate consultations with the manufacturer).

Conventionally, the DM-S-3612 hood is equipped with a labyrinth grease trap, lighting steered by a key switch mounted on the hood, the W1 fan activated with a miniature switch automatically after opening-unsealing the furnace door, connection nozzle Ø250 enabling the hood connection to ventilation channels. Manual switching on of the fan with the oven door closed allows the switch to be installed as a default setting.
