The innovative ventilation chamber of the hood and appropriately selected dimensions, combined with the MicroDrop ™ technology, increase the comfort of work, causing the noise level to decrease by about 15dB (A).
Capture HoodTM
The technology of feeding air towards mechanical filters allows the use of up to 25% smaller amounts of exhausted air compared to traditional exhaust hoods.
Capture Air TM
Technology consisting in blowing fresh air into the work zone through the perforated front wall of the hood. It complements the air extracted by the hood and increases the comfort of work of the kitchen staff.
Why do we need all that for?
